The Golf Instructor's top priority is to ensure every customer receives the best possible learning experience.

Quality of Golf instruction meeting The Golf Lab standards as out lined in the Operations Manual.
Driving Lesson sales and bookings to support company sales goals in accordance with plans for instruction, clinics, custom fitting and retail sales.
Assisting retail staffs and fitters to prepare and to conduct stock take on a quarterly basis.
Working with the Sales Associates to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Assisting other Coaches/Fitters with Instruction and Fitting Area maintenance and supplies.
Elevating the entire staff by providing knowledge and expertise gained through their professional experience, product knowledge, and training.
Ensuring all technologies in the Golf Lab facilities are taken care of and breakdown to be reported immediately to Head Coach.
Ensuring training aids used by coaches are returned back to the original position.
Ensuring any components used during fittings are returned back to the original position.
To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and Management from time to time

Requirements:

Certified or Class "A" Member of a fully recognized Professional Golfers' Association (i.e. Singapore PGA, PGA of America, Australian PGA, British PGA or PGA of Canada).
Maintain currency with new developments on teaching golf.
Have a history of success in teaching players of all ability levels, and design personalized performance programs that improve golfer's ability to play.
An eye for detail to ensure quality control for tasks and highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented individual.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
