Delivery Driver Office Hour

  • Handle both inventory/stock management and delivery.
  • Travel between office and various attractions sites in Singapore (eg. Singapore Zoo, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands but not limited to these sites only. If we add more site, then by default this shall fall in their scope) to deliver stocks.
  • Responsible for stocking, verification of received items to their proper stock location. Properly prepare inventory, quality investigations and audit.
  • Inspecting all returned goods and damaged products and re-entering goods into inventory.
  • Handle all matters relating to inventory control and checking quality of products. Keep inventory up daily.
  • Manage inventory transfers in purchasing systems – both Sage and SAP. This is mandatory and Inventory controller must do this activity on daily basis and work under instructions of buyers.
  • During physical audits of KPMG or other govt institutions, the controller must leave office once this activity is completed. Even if this means to work extra time post 5PM. This must be completed to support this Audit requirements. May happen 4 times a year at the max these audits.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum PSLE qualification.
  • Class 3 driving license.
  • Responsibilities include moving heavy items of up to 20kg.
  • At least 1 year experience in inventory management, preferably in warehouse environment.
  • Receive and check delivery orders in office.
  • Familiar with the use of pallet jack in order to shift stocks in office and sites.
  • Good Microsoft knowledge.
