Full-Time PositionJob scope:

  • Handle Accounts Payable/Receivables/Inventory functions
  • Assist in obtaining approvals from dept heads on invoices for purchases/billing requests before preparing payments/invoices
  • Perform monthly Account Receivables/Payable closing reconciliations
  • Process and verify payments/invoices/purchase orders/delivery orders and follow up on discrepancies with vendors, customers, and salespersons
  • Preparation of balance sheets, inventory and expenses schedules
  • Other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirement:
  • Knowledge of Accounting software(Autocount) will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently, meticulous, have a positive attitude and a dynamic team player
  • Familiar in Autocount Accounting System. Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills( Microsoft word, Excel, & etc. MUST be verbal and written communication skills in MANDARIN
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
