Job Description:

As the RF Power Generation Engineer, your main focus will be on designing and optimizing RF power systems for our innovative technology.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Designing RF Generators: Create advanced RF generators operating at high frequencies for optimal performance.
  • Impedance Matching Networks: Develop and fine-tune impedance matching networks to enhance power transfer efficiency.
  • Capacitive Coupling:
    • Electrode Design: Skillfully design electrodes to ensure stable and uniform plasma generation.
    • Chamber Configuration: Configure etching chambers to support efficient capacitive coupling.
  • DC Biasing in RF Systems:
    • Bias Power Supplies: Implement DC bias power supplies to control ion energy impact.
    • Bias Voltage Control: Develop methods for precise bias voltage adjustment for optimal etching results.
  • Control Systems:
    • Feedback Mechanisms: Deploy real-time feedback systems for process stability.
    • Automation: Integrate automation for control of RF generators and bias supplies.
  • Monitoring and Diagnostics:
    • Sensors and Probes: Install monitoring systems for plasma characteristics.
    • Diagnostic Tools: Utilize diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Safety Protocols:
    • High-Voltage Safety: Enforce safety protocols for high-voltage equipment.
    • RF Exposure Safety: Ensure compliance with RF exposure safety standards.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of direct RF/electrical system experience.

2. Proficiency in simulation, prototyping, and Proof of Concept (POC) development.

3. Strong knowledge of RF theory, resonant circuit design, and plasma physics.

4. Familiarity with PLC and industrial communication protocols.

5. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
