What you will be doing

  • Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
  • Building and strengthening relationships with the Hiring manager through good resource planning and job descriptions/specifications;
  • Proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, searches and networking to build a pipeline of a wide pool of qualified candidates;
  • Review recruitment methodologies and tools to support Hiring managers to better define positions, screen and interviewing candidates, and make quality hiring decisions;
  • Facilitating the interview and selection process with personality profiling and/or performance tests to validate required competencies for the role;
  • Provide new hire orientation, club tour and new staff notice Clubwide internal communication on employee's first day of work;
  • Participate in the HR related projects for process automation (i.e. ATS, HRIS system integration, submission of government grants to support new initiatives);
  • Process frequent updates and communication on candidate queries, offers and concerns in collaboration with the hiring managers;
  • Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of mails, time attendance, nametags, copier machine set-up, storages etc);
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the Club for career fairs, polytechnics/university events or HR networking sessions;
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting, selection, offer to onboarding, ensuring positive candidate experience;
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 to 4 years of proven track records in talent acquisitions;
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law, PDPA and HR recruitment best practices;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
