RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is a shared resource for the Professional Development Team and Membership and Communications Team. The candidate will assist mainly in the running of the courses/events as well as membership matters.

Role and Responsibilities:
Under Professional Development

Manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses:

  • Assist with publicity of the courses through various communication channels
  • Manage endtoend coordination and liaise with course trainers and participants to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist with course registration process and attend to course participants' queries
  • Communicate important course information, updates, and announcements to participants
  • Schedule and organize course logistics including venues, materials, equipment, Zoom, etc
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of participant attendance, assessments, and feedback
  • Prepare and distribute certificates of completion and other relevant documentation
  • Prepare and submit statistical reports to management
Under Membership & Communications

Assist with membership matters:

  • Support membership events (e.g. Industry Conferences and Awards) including but not limited to events registration, cold calling, payment and onsite facilitation
  • Assist with membership communication e.g. content generation for membership ebulletins, survey, announcements
  • Maintenance of membership database
  • Minutes taking for meetings

Job requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task
Meticulous and organised
Proficient in English and with MS Office applications
Social media marketing skill is a plus
Freshies or those with one to two years of working experience are welcome to apply
This is a contract position with opportunity to convert to full-time position
