You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Dental Clinic to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of services.

To ensure high level of service is provided to our patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and support clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows rollout
• Perform duties of regular dental clinic operation, including registration, dispensing of medications, collection of payment and enquiries
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and tidiness
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior
• Other adhoc duties as tasked by superior

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferably a Diploma
• Relevant healthcarerelated qualifications and/or experiences will be an advantage
• Some dental knowledge preferred

Skills:

• Selfmotivated and able to work well in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably sales background
• Outgoing and vocal

Working Hours

• Weekdays 9am to 6pm
• Saturdays 9am to 5pm

$3, $4,500.00 per month
