Duties

  • Responsible for administering and managing SharePoint farms and related databases & environments
  • Monitor and optimise health and functionalities of SharePoint servers (including capacity usage and review logs/events/messages in event viewer and health analyser)
  • Analyse and report SharePoint usage and activity, including monitoring trends on site and storage disk space usage and growth
  • Manage, track and monitor software updates, upgrades & patches
  • Provide technical advices and assessment on SharePoint and related areas
  • Provide support to portal design and deployment of Client's SharePoint 2013 and above (including SharePoint Online) implementations

Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013 and above, demonstrated deployments that reached broad sets of users and integration of data sources
  • Microsoft certification with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and above is compulsory
  • Experience in performing setup, configuration and administration role with SharePoint 2016 and above (including SharePoint Online) will be added advantage.
  • Broad working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and how they can be integrated with SharePoint is preferred
  • Must be proficient with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint APIs
  • Requires good analytics and problemsolving skills
  • Good working knowledge of DocAve, ShareGate or equivalent is preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Nintex or equivalent is preferred
