Job Description

Bunker Clerk/ Cargo Officer x 3 Opening

S$3, 000 - S$5, 000 ( AWS + VB)

3D 3OFF, 7.5 hours on vessel on duty

Manage cargo operation s documentations
Safeguard product quality & quantity
Ensure all cargo loading, Ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are in compliance with company work instructions and in particular SS 648: 2019 wherever applicable
Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker trader and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report.
Report on any customer complaint and dispute to the operation manager immediately and assist in onsite investigation
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job requirement:

1 year experience as bunker clerk/ cargo officer onboard bunker tankers
Certification in Basic & Advance course on Bukering Practices (S600 & TR 48)
Certification in code of practice in Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648)
Willingness to follow company shift duties and stay onboard vessel
Effective communication skills
Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
