Role Summary:

The Logistic Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely movement, collection and distribution of second-hand printers, as well as a variety of other goods, ensuring that there's no predominant product that dominates the trade.

They manage the end-to-end supply chain processes in the wholesale trade sector, ensuring the right products reach the right places in optimal condition.


Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

Ensure the efficient and timely procurement, movement, and distribution of second-hand printers and other goods in the wholesale inventory.


Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demands, ensuring a balanced product mix without any single dominating item.


Vendor Relations:

Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure the best deals and quality for second-hand printers and other goods.


Demand Forecasting:
Analyze market trends to anticipate demand for second-hand printers and other products, adjusting inventory and logistics plans accordingly.

Distribution Strategy:
Design and implement optimal distribution routes and methods to minimize costs while ensuring timely deliveries.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all second-hand printers and other traded goods meet or exceed quality standards and are in proper working condition before dispatch.


Cost Efficiency:
Implement strategies to optimize logistics costs while ensuring the efficiency of operations.

Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to meet organizational goals.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with local and international trade regulations and standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with latest logistics trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements in processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

Diploma certificate and above qualification with 5 years industry experience.

Class 3 Driving and Forklift License is a must for handling transportation and distribution tasks.

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the wholesale trade sector.

Strong understanding of the second-hand printer market.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast demand and plan accordingly.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Familiarity with relevant trade regulations and compliance standards.
