Job Description

• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance ($750) + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company's site.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide situation/ status updates to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
• Review risk assessment submitted by contractor prior to commencement of work.
• Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to commencement of work.

• At least 2 years of work experience in Facility Management.
• Preferably with own car.
• Willing to travel to other facility sites for 1~2 days per week.
