JOB DESCRIPTION
- Scheduling, participating and writing minutes for accreditation meetings
- Accreditation survey scheduling and results compilation
- Documents management
- SharePoint and Websites updates
- Handling procurement and purchasing for accreditation
- Coordinate admin and logístical support for accreditation activities
- Counter manning
- Other administrative duties assigned
WORKING HOURS
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins 1 hour lunch breaks)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from a good University
- Prior experience in the education sector and programme coordination will be advantageous.
- Keen to learn, able to manage multiple and competing tasks/deadlines well, and with a high degree of accuracy
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and selfmotivation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with students, staff, and faculty members of all levels.
- Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and database usage. Familiarity with automation tools would be an advantage.
- Willing to work after office hours, and weekends when necessary.
