Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Associate (Paid Media)

You will play a crucial role as the 'Meta ads expert' within our marketing team, reporting directly to our Growth Manager.

While this position currently holds a junior status, it is expected to advance alongside our expanding business. Continuous training will be available to help you navigate through increasing complexities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Brainstorming innovative concepts for creative strategies,
  • Writing and crafting compelling content for videos and ads,
  • Developing ad materials, either through collaborating with external providers or utilizing internal resources.

Additionally, you will be tasked with:

  • Initiating and managing Meta ad campaigns,
  • Evaluating the performance of Meta ads and suggesting optimizations,
  • Ramping up Meta advertising investments, campaign numbers, and ad outputs over time to align with revenue targets.

You will execute these duties with full assistance from the Growth Manager and your peers in the marketing department.

If you:

  • Are enthusiastic about all facets of marketing, especially refining your expertise in copywriting and visual communication to enhance content interaction and conversion rates,
  • Possess demonstrable expertise or background in at least one (1) of the following fields: Performance marketing, Copywriting, Creative strategies, Social media marketing, Content creation,
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience (in any sector),
  • Aspire to a position with room for learning, advancement, and leadership prospects,
  • Seek a role where the fruits of your labor are clearly visible,
  • Thrive in taking decisive actions, and
  • Hold a Diploma/Degree qualification,
