Your primary focus will be to manage client relationship and investments for existing and new clients, and to partner and collaborate with the team head and other internal stakeholders to deepen existing and new client relationships and identify new strategic relationships.

To succeed, you must have the ability to foster and maintain wealth management relationship with a high level of competency along with the ability to complete necessary analysis and documentation related with clients' accounts.

You need to be able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and be a strong team player.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and investments for existing and new clients
  • Seek to become a trusted wealth manager through client contact and relationship building
  • Partner with the team head and other team members to achieve the ultimate goal of the team
  • Collaborate well with the team head and internal stakeholders to deliver superior client service
  • Identify new prospects, product/service opportunities and participate in the development of solutions to serve client needs
  • Seek to learn wealth management/investment/product/client relationships through daily work
  • Support all tasks/activities needed within the team

Role Prerequisites

  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience developing and managing relationships with high networth clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge of financial analysis
  • Advanced language proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is required due to frequent detailed communication with Japanese clients
  • Able to maintain focus and excel under pressure, and perform effectively in a team environment
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore
