Roles & Responsibilities

Work Experience.
a. At least 8 years of experience in Data Centre, Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Servers & Infrastructure.
b.

Experience with Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management, Good analytical, communications and writing skills, able to front users and articulate requirements.

c. At least 2 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline with DevOps experience.
d. At least 2 years of experience with automation scripting or Infrastructureas-Code (IaC).
e. At least 2 years of experience with Agile Practices.
f. At least 2 years of experience working on Singapore Government IT projects.

Technical Skillset.
a. Manages the infrastructure services that enable the application systems environment in patch management, asset management, etc. for Systems.
b. Supports in application architecture design, integration and acceptance, and infrastructure performance testing.
c. Supports Incident and Problem Management on areas not covered in standard operating procedures.
d. Experience in tracking cases and following up on problem resolution.
e.

Experience in planning, managing, and deploying Cloud services with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other CSPs.

f. Experience in system architecture, resource planning, infrastructure performance and system hosting environment from server hardware till OS layer (including Virtualization technology and Storage) in support of
new applications.
g. Experience in using generic automation and orchestration platforms for Infrastructure Automation tasks (e.g. Scripts/Ansible/Terraforms).
h. Experience in CI/CD pipeline and tools. (eg. Bamboo, GitLab, Azure DevOps, SHIP/HAT).
i. Strong understanding of systems operations environment to ensure smooth and sustainable operations, including resiliency requirements.
j. Strong understanding of Government Cloud IT Security Policy.
k.

Knowledge of scripting and programming in any scripting language (Powershell, Python, Perl, Shell + AWK, TCL, etc.) and communication protocols (REST, SNMP,
SOAP, etc.)


l. Certified in ITILv3, and preferably a certification in project management.
m. Team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills.
n. Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work.
