  • Key contributor to the general definition of commercial strategy and business rationales.
  • Establish a trustful and constructive relationship with airline customers
  • Draft, and amend individual sales contract documents (Proposals, Letters of Intent, Memoranda of Understanding, Purchase Agreements and Amendments, Lease Agreements, as applicable) in order to reflect in detail the mutual obligations of Airbus and its Customers as globally negotiated by Airbus and guarantee that the contractual documentation accurately reflects the agreement reached between Airbus and its customer(s)
  • Ensure that the risks and obligations created by the Sales Contracts are in line with the terms negotiated by Airbus and the Customer(s) and are acceptable to Airbus.
  • Secure internal stakeholders alignment and validation of relevant Airbus internal approvals
  • Monitor the fulfilment of Customer obligations and propose recommendations to amend contracts in the event of Customer changing requirements, defaults or contentious issues as they may arise.
  • Ensure that information concerning negotiated commitments is made available to all relevant Airbus entities liable to fulfill these commitments, and provide advice or clarifications on the background as may be necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' of working experiences
  • Team leader and teamplayer, able to lead, engage and coordinate multifunctional negotiation teams
  • Working experiences in Aviation industry
  • General understanding of contract law in an international context
  • Proven experience in negotiation and face to face interactions with customers
  • Ability to structure large and complex contractual documents
  • Proven drafting skills
  • Strong sense of rigor, strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of financial tools.
  • Effective communication and relationship skills
  • Agility to work in a diverse environment
  • Business culture, experience in Asia and/or Pacific is an asset
  • Autonomy, engagement, resistance to pressure, ability to manage composure
  • Languages: negotiation level in English, additional language knowledge is an asset
  • Availability: prepared for travel on short notice and long absences away from base as required, based on business needs
  • Note: Onboarding training in Toulouse, France will be provided
