Rate differs between $9 - $12 / hour
Location is at our retail outlet at Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities
Provide excellent service by attending to customers' enquiries via walk-in / phone effectively and professionally

Maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with the customers in various systems

Assist in retail / stocking taking / inventory order updating

Perform cashier duties using Point of Sales (POS) system efficiently and meticulously

Housekeeping duties

Other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Perform administrative function / role of Retail Store

Maintaining cleanliness of retail space

Confident in speaking English

Versatile and co-operative in working as a team to handle and resolve feedbacks

Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well
