We're seeking an individual to be part of our team:
- Building & nurturing relationships with client advisers, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk and offshore teams.
- Oversee risk and controls of corporate actions processes and enhance efficiency to reduce risk related to income, mandatory and voluntary events.
- Support and lead the execution of various change initiatives for corporate action processes.
- Collaborate with the APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions team to offer daily support, aid in achieving their objectives and strategies, and meet their business plans for the year.
