Group Technology and Operations (T&O) plays a key role in supporting the bank by providing a robust and flexible infrastructure that prioritizes productivity, quality, technology, and innovation. Within Group T&O, we oversee a significant portion of the Bank's operational processes, striving to exceed the expectations of our business partners across various banking delivery channels.
The role involves being part of the virtual access infrastructure service team, responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting both on-premises and cloud-based virtual access systems. These systems facilitate remote work access for users worldwide, spanning different business and support units.
The team is dedicated to developing the Cloud App Store, allowing users to subscribe to and access business applications, technical support workbenches, and cloud developer environments from anywhere. Team members have the exciting opportunity to innovate and implement new features for the Cloud App Store, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our remote access services.
Responsibilities
- Handle independent Features development
- Write well-designed and testable code for Features on the Product Backlog
- Continuously improve application usability and operational efficiency
- Document and maintain solution design and operational procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members, internal users, partners, suppliers, and vendors to enhance Features on the Product Backlog
- Adhere to the Bank's policies and delivery standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in system operation or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Shell scripting, Windows Server, GIT, and SQL within an enterprise operational setting
- Familiarity with Design Patterns
- Exposure to Typescript, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Containers, and AWS is a STRONG ADVANTAGE
