Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking professional experience as an intern. You will be working in a large multinational organisation with a global Communications team across the Group for internal and external communications. Through this internship, you will learn how to operate in a fast-paced, global and high performing team culture. We work hard but we like to have fun too

Updating corporate websites and intranetWriting short communication pieces for employee communicationsWriting for and coordinating materials for corporate publicationsDesigning communication materials such posters, videos, and photo reelsPlanning, drafting and creating content for BW LinkedIn PagesLiaising with BWs partners and affiliate companiesSupporting the creation of proposals and programme communications to key stakeholdersConducting research to support communication needs (eg. vendor comparison)Any admin and/or ad-hoc tasks as appropriate

Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skillsGood planning and organisation skillsAble to multitask and work across multiple projects and platforms.Meticulous with a high attention to detailStrong cultural and social awarenessCreative with a good eye for detail and designKeen interest to learn and develop ones personal and professional capabilitiesComfortable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)Comfortable with social media (LinkedIn)Experience in Canva content creationAvailable to commit at least 3 months, from January 2024
