We are launching an exhilarating new cafe/bar concept in the heart of Singapore that promises an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Our mission is to create a unique atmosphere that's as inviting as it is exciting.

We are seeking a passionate and professional Host/Hostess to be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our guests.


Responsibilities
As our Host/Hostess, you will be the heartbeat of our cafe's atmosphere.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the telephone system and reservation procedures.
  • Orchestrating the service flow and seating arrangements to optimise dining operations.
  • Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring they are seated comfortably and efficiently.
  • Upholding high hygiene standards by conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Addressing guest complaints effectively, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Acting swiftly and appropriately in emergency or safety situations.
  • Carrying out daily secondary duties and special projects as directed by management.
  • Monitoring and enhancing guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Assisting guests with the organisation of private events.
  • Anticipating material and supply needs and ensuring their availability.
  • Establishing procedures for maintaining parstocks for all menus and beverage lists.
  • Taking ownership of the entire cafe, including ordertaking and service of F&B products.
  • Adhering to clean grooming standards, including cleaniness and personal hygiene.
  • Managing of parttimers', their trainings and schedules.
  • Promoting a teamoriented environment and a positive working climate. Barista responsibilities. (Trainings will be provided, prior experience is a huge plus.)

  • A competitive salary range of SGD 3,000
  • SGD 4,500, commensurate with experience.
