Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for surgical robotic systems.
  • Leverage your indepth understanding of surgical procedures and medical technology to effectively communicate the benefits of robotic solutions to surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
  • Engage with potential customers through consultative selling techniques, identifying their needs and aligning the robotic solutions to address specific surgical challenges.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of the surgical robotic systems to both small and large groups.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing decisionmakers, to drive longterm partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Provide training and support to clinical staff on the proper utilization of the surgical robotic systems, ensuring optimal performance and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and customize sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, clinical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • This role may require frequent travel to hospitals, surgical centers, and medical conferences within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful medical sales or clinical experience, preferably within the field of surgical technology or medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a nontechnical audience.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
