As a member of our family-owned business, you will manage projects relating to Point-of Sales (POS) initiatives within the Regional headquarters and local Retail entities within the Asia Pacific region.

As the POS Lead, Business Applications, you will
POS Lead, Business Applications (1 Year Contract)
Your new job includes
- manage Regional outsourced vendor for the Application Management Services (AMS) which include change management request, ticket incident logs and closure, Service Level Agreement and tracking of Key Performance Indicators.
- keep track on the resolution of outstanding issues and escalation, monthly performance update and annual evaluation of vendor to support the business in the best possible way.
- manage Regional project, expense and capital budget in alignment with Regional IT strategy.

What you should bring along
- a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline, and practical experience of at least 6 years with POS consulting services and delivery of large scale project implementation POS, preferably within the Retail industry
- strong Project Management with experience in Agile project methodologies, certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an advantage.
- a systematic way of organizing and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach in problem solving with entrepreneurial mindset and passion.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
