Office Cleaner Job Description:•Perform general cleaning tasks in office areas, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.

  • Empty trash cans.
  • Clean and sanitize restroom areas, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Ensure all areas are presentable and ready for use.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other cleaning staff to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with office staff and visitors.

Construction Site Cleaner Job Description:

  • Clean and maintain construction sites, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials
  • Sweep, mop, or use power equipment to clean floors.
  • Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, break areas, and other specified spaces.
  • Dispose of construction waste safely and accurately.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear, such as gloves and hard hats.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for construction activities as needed.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the construction site.
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other construction site staff to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

  • Ability to perform tasks that involve physical labor and outdoor work.
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential.
  • Familiar with SG routes
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and completing tasks.
  • Carry out the duties arranged by the supervisor and perform duties diligently in accordance with the instructions.
  • Any other duties and tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor in the area.
  • Flexibility working time, need work at public holiday, weekend and overtime.

Remuneration Package

  • Gross Salary : up to $1,800
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00am 5:00pm)
