About the Cybersecurity Sales Director - Government & SOEs
You will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales strategies to generate revenue development in the government sector.

As Sales Director, you will be in charge of leading a sales team, cultivating critical partnerships with government agencies, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies.

This position necessitates
strong leadership, great sales skills, and a comprehensive awareness of the government sector's particular difficulties and requirements.



Responsibilities:

Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet government revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business possibilities, such as government bids, contracts, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead the sales team in the execution of successful sales campaigns, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Expertise in the Public Sector:

  • Keep up with the changing world of cybersecurity challenges and governmentspecific rules.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the needs, requirements, and procurement processes of government entities.
  • By sharing insights on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices, Trend Micro can establish itself as a trustworthy advisor.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Create, develop, and encourage a highperforming sales team, ensuring they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
  • Set specific performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages knowledge exchange and professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline is required (a master's degree is desirable).
  • Proven track record of success in government sales leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity business.
  • Knowledge of the government procurement process, compliance regulations, and security frameworks is required.
  • Contacts and relationships inside government agencies are extensive.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presenting abilities.
  • Ability to establish and manage highperforming sales teams is required.
  • Strategic thinker with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to operate in a fastpaced, dynamic atmosphere.
