RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for passionate people who wants to work with couple and family.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Earlyrisk marriage support (minor and transnational couples, divorce support and family & marital counselling)
  • To offer group work and other interventions to families facing challenges; and to work with relevant partners to promote the welfare of the clients
  • Proficient in various counselling approaches (e.g., systemic) and tools to help with clients' concerns
  • Deliver clinical supervision for staff's professional development
  • Manage the budget and statistics monthly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master in Counselling

OTHER INFORMATION

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in counselling individuals, couples, and families cases) independently, with at least 1year of supervisory experience
  • Postgraduate qualification in counselling by accredited institutions under the Singapore Association for Counselling(SAC)
  • Preferably a registered counsellor with SAC
  • Minimum of 50 hours of training in Clinical Supervision Excellent written (e.g. report writing) and presentation skills
  • Peopleoriented, committed, adept at multitasking, and brings a positive cando attitude
