Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team. The perfect candidate will possess a profound appreciation for modern culinary techniques and a strong desire to create exceptional dining moments. You will collaborate closely with our Head Chef and kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, bringing our culinary vision to fruition with every dish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and craft dishes meticulously and innovatively in line with Hevel's standards and recipes.
  • Supervise a specific kitchen section, ensuring prompt and efficient service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, reflecting our unwavering dedication to excellence.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, injecting creativity and enthusiasm into every dish.
  • Ensure adherence to the strictest food safety standards in the storage, handling, and preparation of all food items.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and culinary brilliance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow driven by a shared passion for exceptional dining.
  • Engage in daily prep tasks, including ingredient preparation and portion management, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support in ordering and stock control to guarantee the availability of the freshest ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a top-tier restaurant.
  • Proficiency in contemporary culinary techniques and a flair for creative, innovative food preparation.
  • A deep-seated love for the culinary arts and a dedication to delivering extraordinary dining experiences.
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure in a high-paced environment, with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Creativity and zeal for food, coupled with a sharp eye for detail and a penchant for experimenting with flavors and presentation.

  • Requirement to be eligible to work in Singapore.
