Your responsibilities will include ensuring that services meet our **stringent** standards by advising, influencing, and enhancing quality and testing capabilities across the NCS organization. **What we aim to achieve together:** **General**
  • **Provide** thought leadership on quality and testing practices to enhance the skills and capabilities of individuals and teams across the organization.
  • **Engage** with other members of the NCS team, external specialists, tool vendors, etc.
  • **Identify** opportunities for innovation in delivering quality services to clients.
**Project Delivery**
  • **Offer insights** on testing delivery
  • **Review** existing and develop test strategies for projects.
  • **Report** on testing progress and activities to project stakeholders and maintain **professional** relationships.
  • **Drive** process adoption and suggest improvements in processes and methodologies.
**Sales Support**
  • **Assist** business development teams in pre-sales meetings, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions.
  • **Collaborate** with sales teams to prepare tender responses regarding quality and testing services, resource estimation, pricing, etc.
  • **Spot** potential areas for new business development and report to NCS account managers.
**Consulting**
  • **Lead** Senior Consulting projects, such as test practice reviews and project quality checks.
  • **Develop** and advise on comprehensive test improvement strategies, focusing on quality throughout the lifecycle and production optimization.
**Training**
  • **Conduct** engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually.
  • **Utilize** varied instructional techniques to accommodate different learning preferences.
  • **Demonstrate** active listening to address trainees' needs and concerns.
A glimpse of the ideal candidate:
  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT-related field, or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of **experience** in software testing with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams of 10+ individuals.
  • Profound knowledge of software development lifecycle models and test methodologies.
  • Familiarity with both functional and non-functional testing **activities**.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal **skills**.
  • **Motivated** individual with a positive outlook and proactive attitude.
  • Strong coaching **abilities** and a passion for developing others and assisting customers.
  • Sound understanding of presentation techniques, teaching principles, and test tools.
  • Excellent **written** and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for information presentation and visualization.
