Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience with AI support
  • Monitor and manage all social media channels, promptly responding to comments, inquiries, and messages, while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and industry standards, and implement new approaches to continuously improve social media performance.
  • Weekly administrative updates
  • Office adhoc related tasks assistance when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or A levels.
  • A can-do positive attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for marketing related field.
