  • Wilhelmsen Port Services is looking for a Marketing Expert who thrives in a challenging and fastpaced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, providing support to the marketing team to promote the Port Services brand in the maritime industry.
  • In the role of the Marketing Expert, you will be working within the Commercial Team (based in Singapore HQ), collaborating with various global teams in 2,200 locations worldwide in different functional areas, as well as coordinating with external agencies in producing a variety of engaging marketing campaigns to support business initiatives.
  • What you will be doing:
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate campaign management and coordinate the marketing deliverables with external agencies and designers, track project timeline and budgets
  • Create designs for various marketing collaterals (such as flyers, brochures, videos and social media content) according to corporate brand guidelines and assist in managing external design and media agencies
  • Update monthly digital marketing analytics and campaign reports
  • Assist in providing events/exhibition guidelines and marketing support to the sales team
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  • Carry out other relevant tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Our Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in PR/Communications, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of video editing software and UX/UI software are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities under tight deadlines while performing in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and selfmotivated
  • Proactive, resourceful, and wellorganized
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
