5+ years of proven experience in a L2 Server support role in Windows/Linux Server OS family

  • Handson experience on Windows 2008, 2012 and above (Linux Good to have)
  • Experience in SCCM administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in NetBackup administration
  • Experience in TAPE Library management
  • Possess good technical knowledge of Windows hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, CISCO etc), operating
- system, hardening of OS security and system services (volume manager, file system, NTP, DNS,
- clustering)

  • Experience in DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
  • Good to know basic networking concepts
  • Networking knowledge in Windows server environment
  • ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management
- disciplines will be an added advantage

  • Windows/Linux Server administration and monitoring to ensure infra environment is online and
- operating within expectations

  • Should be good at documentation and reporting (monthly report)
  • Should understand the concept of SAN with respect to windows/linux servers
  • Work with multiple teams including Development teams, Other Technology teams to optimize
- customer experience.

  • Experience TPAM/Cyberark administration and fault finding
  • Good understanding of WSUS
  • Can independently deploy VMware/HyperV VMs
  • Should have understanding of VMware and HyperV technologies
  • Flexible to work during weekends (schedule maintenance)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with ticketing tool (such as ServiceNow) around incident management
  • Share new ideas for Continuous Improvement projects
  • Be a good team player
