JOB SUMMARY

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the implementation of Pharmacy IT and Automation System.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing to ensure that system setup and configurations are done accurately.
  • Liaise with Pharmacy Users and System support team/vendor to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Work closely with Operations to coordinate downtime workflows and workarounds during system downtime.
  • Oversee the extraction and analysis of data for identification of data trends in order to guide operations on how to streamline and improve pharmacy process workflows.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancements of Pharmacy IT and Automation Systems.
  • Define and document Pharmacy IT and Automation Systems workflows in collaboration with Operations.
  • Conduct user training on systems usage for pharmacy staff as System Superuser.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy or equivalent recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
  • Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as an Informatics Pharmacist.
  • Experience in pharmacy automation systems and data analytics will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problemsolving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and meticulous.
  • Proficient in the use of inventory management systems and MS Office.
