Job Description:

Join us in our quest for expansion We are on the lookout for a Business Planning Analyst to assist the Director of Business Operations, Strategy, and Regulatory (part of the CEO Office) in Enterprise Business Planning, Strategy, and Corporate Development.

This role offers a holistic view of the business, direct engagement with senior management, and the chance to comprehend the entire business value chain through collaboration across various functions.

To excel in this position, you should be at ease with numbers, proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess solid business writing skills, and demonstrate leadership potential from your professional, academic, or personal experiences.

In this dynamic startup-like environment, adaptability to a fast-paced and lean setup is crucial.

While prior experience in the Telco/ICT sector is advantageous, we welcome fresh graduates with outstanding academic qualifications who are keen on gaining exposure to the ICT industry. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different functions, provided you are eager to learn and be guided in understanding the business intricacies.

Key Tasks:

Enterprise Business Planning

  • Collate revenue forecast data in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create informative dashboards and reports for the senior leadership and board of directors.
  • Assist in the arrangements for quarterly board meetings.
  • Simplify data aggregation for industry surveys and regulatory submissions.

Enterprise Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to strategy formulation and target-setting sessions at SPTel, backed by thorough market research.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic projects and involvement in initiatives such as the SPTel Innovation Program.

Corporate Development

  • Support in prepping for important interactions with external stakeholders like regulatory bodies and government representatives.
  • Engage in people-centric activities under the CEO Office alongside the People Engagement lead.
  • Aid in the governance of enterprise data protection and sustainability reporting as required.

Interested candidates must be prepared to complete a brief assessment evaluating their business writing and Microsoft Excel proficiency prior to the interview phase.
