Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification of research needs to support the marketing of the K+S fertilizers.
  • Coordination of fertilizer trial/demonstration program to meet these needs.
  • Technical support related to the use of K+S products to customers in Asia Pacific region.
  • Development of conceptional solutions for our customers how the usage of our products can solve their and their customer's needs.
  • Support the sales team in the promotion of K+S special fertilizer portfolio.
  • Development of promotional tools (presentations, articles, leaflets and brochures, web presentations) in collaboration with the K+S marketing department and K+S' global agronomy network.
  • Ensure a transfer from scientific agricultural knowledge into simplified, useful marketing material.
  • Organization of farmers/planters' meetings to disseminate information on the use and effects of K+S fertilizers together with local sales representatives.
  • Preparation of regular reports on market development, particularly in comparison to competitors' products. (Scientific publication review).
  • Identification of market potential for specialty fertilizers in SEA.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (preferably Master's degree).
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in agricultural inputs company (fertilizer, crop protection, seeds industry,).
  • Availability to travel around 40% of the time within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences in a simple way.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
  • Selfstarter with a high level of motivation.
