Investment and Data Operations Associate

Scaling processes can be quite challenging.We are currently seeking a tech-savvy Automation Engineer who can work magic with automation and take our team's workflow to the next level.
Don't worry, you won't be alone in this journey, as you will report directly to Cathy.This opportunity is perfect for someone who is a Builder and has a talent for building and streamlining operations seamlessly.
What you'll do:
- Enable an efficient investment and portfolio management process that keeps to Iterative SLAs by building relevant (nocode) tools, automations, interfaces and infrastructure
- Identify opportunities for automation; collaborate with team members to build nocode or litecode solutions to complex workflows
- Own and optimize our investments and portfolio tech stack (Airtable, Zapier, Sendgrid, portfolio management platform)
- Monitor and optimize automated solutions, updating and deprecating features when necessary
- Collaborate with investments and portfolio team to ideate and build useful data pipelines and analysis tools
- Prototype and test larger standalone projects like due diligence copilot
- Stay uptodate with emerging nocode, automation and data analysis technologies and best practices, keeping in mind how we can leverage such technologies for the Iterative team

Who You Are:

Proven Experience
- You have a proven track record of building and automating using nocode/lowcode tools. It is likely that you have a background in Computer Science, but it's not a must.
Tech Expertise
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Airtable and Sendgrid are essential. Nocode skillset is a must; data science skillset is a nicetohave but should have basic fundamentals
Team Player
- Ability to work and collaborate crossfunctionally as you will be working on projects spanning investments and portfolio
Problem Solver
- You are passionate about delving deep to identify problems and coming up with creative solutions to increase efficiency and impact via automation and tooling.
