Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing / Engineering
• Position Title: Draftsman
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create various types of drawings such as shop, detail, coordination, and as-built using AutoCAD and BIM (Building Information Modelling) systems.
• Assist with project costings, providing estimates for quotes, and preparing tender documents.
• Maintain effective communication and a good working relationship with colleagues and subcontractors.
• Support office operations by updating data, records, and drawings for IMS (Integrated Management System) adherence.
• Report to the Operations Manager, and in their absence, to other designated officers.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

• A diploma or degree in engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD and BIM.
• Certification in BIM Modelling (MEP Track).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical knowledge of construction work is required.
