Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
  • Liaise & work with Group Legal on any contractual/legal issues.
  • Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
  • Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
  • Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc
  • Review subcontractors claims and materials on site

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry
  • Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills
  • Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Only Singaporean

Salary:
$4, $6,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

  • Changi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Changi: Relocate before starting work (required)
