Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create content for digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and our company blog.
  • Assist in planning and executing content strategies that align with our brand goals and enhance customer engagement.
  • Produce diverse content types including videos, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, translating this information into compelling content.
  • Stay uptodate with beauty trends and industry news to ensure content is relevant and appealing.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other content creators for cobranded content initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of different content strategies and ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12 years) in content creation, with a portfolio that includes written and digital content.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends, particularly within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic video production and editing skills.
  • Creative and artistic skills with an ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and online content strategies.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and the latest industry trends.

Pay:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
