Marketing Intern to join the dynamic Marketing team of four in the School to provide support around market research, data entry, events and other administrative tasks assigned within the team.

This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility of extension based on operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To support the Marketing Department with market research, database building and data entry.
  • To do content creation and document photos and videos from daily school life and events.
  • To support daily administrative work requirements within the team.
  • To support and assist in the coordination and execution of events.

Person Specifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant certifications to the role.
  • Minimum of 1 year/ Internship experience working in a similar position.
  • Proactive and solutionfocused, resourceful incumbent who is able to manage administrative duties in a timely and organised manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well in teams and create positive relationships with all members of the school community.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language capacity to articulate and collaborate with different stakeholders effectively.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner.
  • Attention to detail with good followup skills in ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Able to multitask and handle competing priorities.
  • 3month contract position with a possibility of extension based on operational needs.
