Zebra Technologies Asia Pacific is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to support the Product Management and Strategy Teams with making data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.

You will work as part of a team to draw insights through data analysis and build data visualization dashboards / tools to help us make better use of our data.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desktop research on trends, market developments, and competitors where required
  • Perform data analysis, draw insights, and support with making datadriven recommendations to drive business growth
  • Synthesize findings/recommendations and create highimpact slides for management reporting
  • Understand user requirements and build fitforpurpose Power BI dashboards
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in a reputable university, preferably majoring in data analytics, finance/accounting, computer science, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills including an excellent ability to handle and analyze data
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and/or data visualization / business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus
  • Time commitment: 5 to 8 months in total (open to fulltime for at least the first 2 months, and fulltime/parttime for the subsequent months)
