You shall be responsible for all sales support and sales admin matters.

Responsibilities

  • To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • To handle PO, DO, Contract Order Processing and quotations
  • To provide aftersales support when required
  • To liaise with 3rd party logistics company for delivery, inventory control and all related matters on operations

Requirements:

- "O" level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Ability to communicate in English both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and team player
  • Organised and strong admin skills
  • Computer literate and Multitasking
