Sales Admin Co-ordinator

Responsibilities
- To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparing weekly and monthly reports
- To handle PO, DO, Contract Order Processing and quotations
- To provide aftersales support when required
- To liaise with 3rd party logistics company for delivery, inventory control and all related matters on operations
Requirements:
- "O" level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English both oral and written
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Selfmotivated, proactive and team player
- Organised and strong admin skills
- Computer literate and Multitasking
