Roles & Responsibilities

  • The perfect fit for this role will be in charge of creating, developing, executing, and maintaining low code solutions to meet business needs. It is essential to have a solid grasp of software development principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to comprehend business procedures and current & future goals
  • Create top-notch RPA bots & automation solutions following industry best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. All automations must comply with the organization's IT policy. Produce app wireframes, process & solution design documents, code review checklists, and automation / app handover documents
  • Build low code applications using various development platforms, specifically focusing on UiPath / Microsoft Power Platform
  • Tackle troubleshooting and debugging tasks, and assist Business Users with enhancements when needed
  • Participate in code reviews, guaranteeing the adoption of best practices
  • Plan & execute UAT activities and ensure thorough testing prior to deployment
  • Perform any other tasks and duties as delegated

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field, preferably in Finance / Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Hold UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of programming experience (VB, .NET), Power Platform & UiPath implementation, and practical exposure to solution design & project management of automation projects
  • Solid comprehension of current digital technologies and the capabilities of each technological tool
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and thinking out of the box
  • Appreciation for UX sensibilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaborate efficiently with stakeholders
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, managing change, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with ML & AI is a definite plus
