We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about enhancing business processes and creating innovative user experiences to join us on our journey of transformation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders in Technology Services and various departments to identify opportunities for internal operational enhancements, develop and execute processes and solutions aligned with project strategies and business goals, aiming to achieve ISO 27001 certification. It would be beneficial if you are well-versed in ITSM and ITSMS concepts and operations.

Another aspect of this position involves providing support for technology controls, governance, and compliance activities.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be engaged in:

  • Advocating and implementing operational improvements within the Technology Services department through streamlined processes and technology to elevate ITSMS maturity towards ISO 27001 certification.
  • Mapping processes, aligning business requirements, and translating them into Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement process and system changes.
  • Creating training materials and delivering training sessions when necessary.
  • Defining relevant process metrics and KPIs for performance evaluation.
  • Assisting the Governance lead in governance, risk, and compliance tasks, including maintaining and updating documents related to ITSMS and ISO 27001, ensuring documentation control and distribution, overseeing system compliance, preparing for Management Review, conducting internal reviews, and coordinating with auditors and certification bodies for audits.
  • Reviewing audit findings, devising action plans, and managing corrective action reports internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in Business or IT with ITIL certification. A bonus would be CBAP accreditation.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a business process analyst role or similar positions in management consulting or quality management.
  • Prior involvement in Business Process Management projects, familiarity with ITSM (ITIL) and ITSMS processes.
  • Proficient in flowcharting and process blueprinting.
  • Detail-oriented, possessing strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities with a responsible demeanor.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices like ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
  • Understanding of information security risk management, governance, internal controls, IT compliance, and audit procedures.
