The role

  • Creating and managing both long and short term demand plan and revise statistical forecast for new and existing markets; analyze sell-through rates and provide corrective actions
  • Provide input and analysis on forecast accuracy and performance vs budget
  • Document commercial assumptions and coordinate gap-closing activities
  • Manage and own the process of risks and opportunities for the different regions
  • Consolidate business insights and understand demand fluctuations of different markets and seasonality
  • Ensure KPI's for BIAS and forecast accuracy are within target
  • Be on top of market conditions/promotions at all times
  • Facilitate monthly demand consensus meetings with the commercial teams and support with demand planning insights
  • Lead the pre-commercial review (S&OP Equivalent) for your regions: Explain sales forecast accuracy, analysis on performance vs budget and changes made vs last cycle
  • Support with any other type of analysis and planning/reporting
  • Understand the full MTO- flow in these regions and agreements we have with distributors on these
  • Manage the inventory projections with the commercial team on stocks at distributor
  • To be based in Senoko, Singapore

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant in demand or supply planning expertise in the FMCG industry
  • Excel analytical skill, details and meticulous
  • Self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and EPR systems
  • Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skill
