About the team

Business Platform Product Operation team is devoted to enriching BytePlus cloud business models and continuously helping enterprise customers adaption the cloud to improve their business innovation, reduce their cloud cost and better experience.

You can help us to achieve our mission.

  • Lead, coordinate and manage cloud commercial supporting platform roadmap and production, facilitating user acquisition and great user experience including user center and product console
  • Set up commercial supporting platform internal operating oncall process, and support local sales team and customer customer inquiries as platform service team
  • Develop and maintain project plans for crossfunctional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to business owners, engineers and designers on prioritization and changes to the website
  • Research on cloud industry trends, analyze product target groups and their needs
  • Bachelor degree or above, at least 7+ years working experience in product management
  • Experienced in business requirement analysis and system design of cloud commercial supporting platform (ordering, payment, invoice or contract, etc.)
  • Proven product and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin as the role will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders in the region
  • Strong crosscultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams
