Sales Support Administrator Executive

Job Description & Requirements:

  • Issue Sales Quotation / Invoices / Delivery Order to customers.
  • To monitor and maintain documents/filing/registers
  • Take sales orders and arrange the fulfillment with the operations team
  • Work with operations and finance department on all sales matters
  • Resolve products quality and quantity issues
  • Sourcing and negotiations with reliable suppliers
  • Regular review of the purchase price to ensure we are on market track
  • Data entry when required by the manager
  • Coordinate between customers and drivers, transporter, sales and warehouse
  • Maintenance of certifications and ISO/HACCP paperwork
  • Providing adhoc general administrative support when assigned

Requirements:

  • Able to multitask.
  • Good organizing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
