Role

  • Oversee day to day operations of all clinics
  • Manage and reassign last minute manpower accordingly
  • Overall management of all clinics' appointments
  • Oversee all clinic's budget for supplies / maintenance to ensure costs are controlled
  • Review performance and train Clinic in charge, second incharge and front desks accordingly
  • Ensure consistency of protocols and compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines
  • Perform duties of a front desk/receptionist when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in business operations or a related field
  • Able to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals (doctors, patients, dental assistants, front desk)
  • Strong work ethics, good interpersonal skills & peopleoriented
  • Enjoys challenges and problem solving
  • Takes initiatives, and able to identify gaps to push for improvement
  • Passionate about driving the company's growth and success
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Malay / Chinese)
