Key Responsibilities
- Process orders for key customers and cash sales orders.
- Provide support to the sales team in order creation and attend to customer queries.
- Handle the walkin customers for selfcollection.
- Handle the inbound and outbound logistics which involves coordinating/arranging with internal/ external parties on the timely scheduling of incoming/outgoing containers and manpower resources for loading/ unloading of containers at the warehouse.
- Liaise with freight companies, suppliers and vendors on purchases, contract renewals, quotations and contract terms.
- Tracking of vehicle maintenance schedule and arranging for timely servicing and repairs.
- Maintain and update leave and MC records, including monitoring MC of Warehouse/Store and logistics staff, and update Accounts for payment of attendance allowance.
- Handle job postings on the Job Bank.
- Procure and maintain office stationery and equipment, and other necessities (e.g. cleaning and hygiene essentials).
- Coordinate with cleaning contractor on cleaning duties, requirements and schedule, ensuring office cleanliness is maintained.
- Responsible for ensuring the general functionality of the office.
- Receive and attend to visitors.
- Attend to all incoming phone calls and be the first in line to take the calls.
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned.
