Accounting Manager

In charge of the accounting function, including:

  • Drafting the accounting policy of the group and determining the detailed
- accounting rules for various transactions

  • Reviewing the accounting entries posted
  • Leading the period end closing process
  • Participating and contributing to the ERP system implementation project
  • Maintaining the system as super access user (for accounting related issues)
  • Leading the team for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions

In charge of financial reporting function, including:

  • Preparing the consolidated financial statements
  • Drafting the financial reports for the group and various subsidiaries

In charge of statutory reporting function, including:

  • Preparing and/or reviewing the tax returns, including VAT, income tax,
- withholding tax etc

  • Leading the project of establishing Transfer Pricing structure within the group
  • Dealing with external audit teams to complete statutory audit
  • Dealing with external tax consultant to meet tax related statutory requirements
In charge of the Finance Business Partner function for transactions at group level, including:

  • Reviewing request of transaction including fund transfer and payment
  • Advising on issues including revenue or cost allocation, setting up new entities or new business line, reporting to investors etc

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of related working experience
  • Experience with big 4 audit firms, financial services industry, banking industry, or crypto related industry may be preferred
