Our client is a well-established brand in the Veterinary Services Industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven

Marketing Content Creator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to design marketing content.
  • Ability to professionally manage social media accounts over various social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
  • Able to generate good ideas to entice customers for social media campaigns and have a keen eye for design.
  • Good photography and videography skills and postproduction edits.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage, monitor, track and analyze the campaigns' effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute content strategy (social media, newsletter, etc.) and manage the overall content calendar for all digital channels.
  • Quality copywriting for social media, marketing campaigns, and press releases.
  • Conduct regular market research and analyze trends.
  • Liaise with both internal and external partners and retailers.
  • Secure brand partnerships, and plan and execute KOL campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage inquiries, feedback, and complaints from customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through quick and accurate responses.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications:

  • Portfolio to be presented during interview.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Tertiary education is not required but is a plus.

Other requirements:

  • A keen eye for details and the ability to deliver quality deliverables and accurate work.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content production.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with partners, retailers, and customers.
  • Good time management and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in an independent, structured, and goaloriented manner.
  • Ability to see through projects from start to end.
  • Compassion and passion for animals and pets.
  • Any formal work experience in the pet industry is a plus.
